Can't give any stars to a place that doesn't answer the phone. Or that on the 6th time calling answer and then after hearing... delivery order hang up. Hey there pizza hut, 35 minutes you say? Bet (2019) Update this place still sucks. Said 50 minutes tobe delivered and here we are at over 2 hours with no pizza. Tried to go pick it up at an hour and twenty minutes but the driverhad already left with it. Apparently it takes them over 40 minutes to cover the distance I can drive in 7 minutes. Just doordash from the abercorn location if you want Papa johns. Read more

WORST Papa Johns I?ve EVER ordered from. Extremely poor management. This is the second time I have this experience. I placed my... order and never received anything. The store number does not answer! Can?t get a hold of anyone! I called Papa Johns customerservice and they were also unable to reach the store. Went to pick up my GrubHub order check 10 minutes for them to tell me if they got the order then she said it would take 2 hours... to make the customers order so I had to cancel my delivery and the customer did not get their food. Poor customer service Read more
Worst experience I have ever had !!! I will never order from Papa Johns on Skidaway again, if they do not get a new manager.... Marcel the manager was rude and very unprofessional. We ordered and when we got the order, it was wrong. So of course I calledto speak with them, I got the manager Marcel and told him it was wrong. His response was all I can do is give you your moneyback in a very rude voice and hung up on me. Not, can I correct the order and resend it!!! I called back to make sure it wasnot an accidental hang up, understanding that accidents do happen. I explained that I just spoke with him and was hung up on andtold him I thought that was very rude , he said so. I asked if he liked his job and told him I was going to contact corporateand the BBB, his response was do what you want to and hung up on me again.
