We usually get great service here. Yesterday we went there for lunch and our waitress seem to keep getting lost. It took way to... long just to get our food. We never got drink refills. We were there for an hour and a half. Most of that was waiting either forour food or for the waitress to bring us the bill. I ordered a dessert online, it was suppose to have been ready At 5:06pm. When I arrived no one helped me. The manager was... cooking when I asked to assist due to waiting so long . The lady at the front didn’t want to help. The bartender lady seem tonot care. Need workers that will go above and beyond to assist. When I wanted to cancel my order that’s when a worker thatjust started her shift was willing to help and I thank her after waiting 30 minutes. Read more
We drove a good distance to go to this restaurant on 7/7/22 and arrived at about 7pm. The parking lot was practically empty and... there weren't many customers. We entered and stood at the front desk. No one greeted us. A worker looked at us and just went onabout her business. She didn't say "someone will be with you" or anything. We stood there for a little while longer andabsolutely no one greeted us or said anything. I went for lunch. I ordered the lunch special Shrimp Scampi. It came with two sides. I chose rice risotto and garden salad. I... received the cheddar biscuits for free as usual and I ordered a strawberry lemonade to drink. Our family was celebrating my grandfather's 90th birthday. The manager Ken came through in a major way by allowing us to hold... his party there. The wait staff was amazing. This has to be THE worse red lobster experience I've had. The restaurant was empty and the service was EXTREMELY slow. Over 5... mins to be greeted at the front. Then another 15 mins for the waiter to come to the table. I get that places are short staffedbut when the restaurant is empty there is no excuse for poor service when I can see multiple staff huddled talking in the roomto the left of the hostess station. After all the waiting, the food was lackluster. The popcorn shrimp was salty and I was onlyable to eat 2 bites of my shrimp Alfredo. The linguini was overcooked and mushy and the sauce was so thick.
