Absolutely delightful dining experience, the food was amazing and the prices were surprisingly affordable, the House Noodle was... fifteen bucks and my girlfriend couldn?t even finish there was so much. Had a great time there. Just the atmosphere we wanted. Food was great. Drinks were nice. We had a hiccup with paying because... someone before us messed up their card system, but it was no biggie. Absolutely YES!!! This place checked all of the boxes. Food quality, value, cleanliness. We are so grateful to have discovered... this hidden gem. Will definitely be back. Not sure why all the high reviews, but everything about our dining experience was average or below average. The chicken and... shrimp dumplings we started with were over cooked or just too hard for dumplings. They were out of the pork dumplings which wefirst chose. I really wanted the calamari but opted against it after reading the reviews about the small portion for the priceand saw that was still the case when a nearby table ordered it. Speaking of price, everything seems overpriced. Almost $9 for aCalifornia roll? I avoided sushi mainly because of price and not the best choices. I don't care for fried or cream cheese, whichseemed to be the theme of most of choices on the short sushi list. The kids' menu items are overpriced and granted the chickenfingers were a large portion (like an adult size), the chicken was over cooked and too crunchy even for adult teeth. I'd rathersee half the portion for less. The kid's cheeseburger was actually two overcooked sliders with way more bun than the skinnypiece of meat on them. The Pad Thai was average. The Snapper Risotto was flavorful because of the risotto and not the snapperitself, which I felt was also slightly overcooked because the top was just chewy where it was seared. I liked Tangerine before,but this menu was weird and nothing impressed. I could tell they were short staffed and everyone was nice enough, including theowner, but that doesn't change the quality of food or price paid for it. Definitely won't be coming back. In response to theowner: Yes, we ate the food. We are not in a habit of wasting food when we purchase it. We tipped well too. And my husbandfinished off my plate as I ate maybe 10 bites. We didn't complain while there, but we also never were asked how the food was.Only time we were asked if we needed anything, we asked for the check so we could leave. Delicious. Flaky and yet juicy Chilean sea bass, creamy risotto. The best part was the pork dumplings that were perfectly fried... but not crunchy. We liked them so much we got a second order as our dessert. The snapper and Unagi sushi were also good, justnot as good as the other items we ordered. One thing needing improved is the drink options; they said they will get their liquorlicense on May 30, 2021. Great music ambiance and attentive service. Definitely give this place a try. Read more
