Just got a breakfast toaster and only one person working! Kaitlyn is there by herself and told me before ordering that she was... by herself and orders would take about 10 minutes. I waited and ordered and I am glad I did! She was so nice and sweet and myfood? My food was beautifully made and this is not an exaggeration! Thank you again Kaitlyn for the great customer service, ifyou did not say anything I would not have known you were by yourself the way you carried yourself and still spoke with me!Also......a fully staffed sonic has never made my toaster better than yours! Every single time I go the same rude person named Zack that takes my order. Not only does he have a HORRIBLE attitude he... continues to cut you off with everything that you go to order saying ?is that all?. I?ve worked many years in customer serviceand I know how stressful it is to be under staffed and over worked. But lose your attitude when talking to your customers. I visit regularly so I?m able to recognize who?s voice is who?s. The shift manager was extremely short and unnecessarily rude... over the mic while I was attempting to order. When I asked if he was upset, I was ignored. After 10 seconds of awkward silence,I just said nevermind and drove off which was probably what he wanted since the line was already long. Very disappointed. We visit this Sonic every year on our trip to Savannah, but this will be our last. We ordered via the app at... 7:43. We arrived at Sonic at 8pm and pulled into a spot. At 8:25 another patron who had been waiting as long as us spoke withsomeone inside and was told they were getting our food ready. We hit the order button and inquired if they could tell us howmuch longer. He responded ?No, I do not?. We received our food 9:04. It was all cold. We received a half empty container of totsand were missing the other one ordered. The gentleman who delivered our food to the car apologized half-heartedly and said theywere slammed. There were a few cars in the drive-thru and 3 of us waiting in spaces. Read more

This place is great, always fast, friendly, fresh! I come here just about every day (5 times a week at minimum) for lunch and... order is always correct (and I'm complicated with my order) Honestly the crew members deserve the place to be remodeled. Non ofthe stalls work half of the time, the place is run down. But they still give their best and just deserve a newer sonic. I see somany other ones being remodeled to the newest layouts ect. Awful just awful. Nothing was right. Had to give my sprite back to add the strawberries. Didn?t add extra cookie dough to my... blast even tho I asked 3 times and she got annoyed and said she got it. Didn?t add my pup cup so I had to ask for that again andto top the cake off order a number 12 with the chicken and literally have chunks of breading and I live 30 mins away and don?twanna drive back to fix it. Went there on 9/25/2021 12 mins before they close and the guys were so nice to still make our food for us. The person taking an... order did not have an attitude about it neither did the cook making the food, being that they were almost close to closing.Friendly service.
