They really need more than one person working and definitely need to touch up on their customer service skills. The cashier... didn?t even acknowledge people in the line at all. We stood there for 20 minutes before she even went over to the register. Thenshe drank her drink wordlessly at the register without letting the lady in front of me know she could order, so they just staredat each other awkwardly for well over 5 minutes. Nobody knew what was going on so everyone left. This is the worst customerservice I?ve ever experienced. This location was a waste of my time online it says they?re open till nine I stop by at 6:15 and they?re close if you are close... at least have the decency to pull the the we?re open sign that?s 2 feet from the door.
