Sorry, but this location has REALLY gone downhill. If Jessica makes your sandwich it's good ????. But lately so many new... people don't know how to do it. You get jipped on the meat on the 6" sub, only 2 slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. They smashdown the bread before & after making & now the sweet onion sauce has a teraki sauce added to it & tastes awful. Went to acompetitor today- different name- & THAT was how a sub should taste. They don't follow the door dash instructions at all. I didn't want my sub toasted, even chose the option for it not to be... toasted......now I'm eating hard crunchy bread. I don't know why I pay so much for y'all to mess up my sandwich, and this isn'tthe first time either....last time, about a couple months ago, they didn't even out the meat on our subs.....literally sent usbread and condiments.....I thought the new management would get better employees. But I guess it's just today's workforce whojust don't care. I never even got told " sorry" I had to tell them to remake sandwiches and the kid stared at me like I wasinsane. Read more

I have recently found one sandwich artist Kiera who can make the best subway sandwich I have ever had. I only stop in this store... when she is working. Other employees smash my bread and screw up the toppings. Kiera makes the best sandwich!!!! Read more

The subway app was surprisingly easy to navigate, offering various selections. We did delivery, which took a reasonable amount... of time. (My two stars). However, none of our sandwiches were put in the toaster, and we were missing a soft drink. Aftercontacting the store to let them know, Ayanna (employee) told me if I brought the items back, they would fix or give a refund.Mind you, this is 8:30 pm. If I could get out in the first place, I wouldn't have paid extra for delivery. We live in Georgetownand try our hardest to support the businesses of our community, which will no longer include this Subway restaurant. Read more

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered club with no roast beef because you can't build your own. It came with salami and ham...not... sure where the confusion was. Asked for spinach, tomato and pickles. I got yellow tomatoes, 3 pickles and 1 piece of spinach. When I called the store the phone rang a ridiculously long time before it was answered and immediately hung up. When I calledback no one answered. Poor service all around. Read more

I, along with 2 other customers today was told that we couldn't be waited on because she was filling an online order. I along... with many of my co-workers regularly eat lunch at this Subway. She didn't apologize for being short staffed or for what ever thereason was that wouldn't allow her to wait on her customers or even offer an estimated time she may be completed with the onlineorder, and have us wait, which I would have been willing to do. The other 2 customers were willing to wait as well, she justsimply and rudely advised us that she would be unable to take our orders. I don't know how many more people she turned awayuntil she finished her online order but I do know that I will not go back to this Subway. Very disappointing and honestlyshocking. I have never been experienced this from an establishment. Read more
