I ordered from here on July 31 and had 3 subs delivered. Door dash picked it up but it was delivered to the wrong house. I... contacted them and they reached out to the store to have it remade at door dashes expense. The manager wasn?t there so they gavehim the managers number and proceeded to call them. He explained what happened and asked subway to remake it for us. At firstthe manager said yes so door dash called the store back and they said the manager changed his mind! Keep in mind I paid for thefood then door dash also paid them. Door dash put in a request for the refund and I never received one. Door dash attempted tocall again and the manager was on the background saying he didn?t want to talk to them. Not I have to go through corporate whichwon?t allow you to speak to someone it all through the website. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
