I ordered from here on July 31 and had 3 subs delivered. Door dash picked it up but it was delivered to the wrong house. I... contacted them and they reached out to the store to have it remade at door dashes expense. The manager wasn?t there so they gavehim the managers number and proceeded to call them. He explained what happened and asked subway to remake it for us. At firstthe manager said yes so door dash called the store back and they said the manager changed his mind! Keep in mind I paid for thefood then door dash also paid them. Door dash put in a request for the refund and I never received one. Door dash attempted tocall again and the manager was on the background saying he didn?t want to talk to them. Not I have to go through corporate whichwon?t allow you to speak to someone it all through the website. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Just bought a foot long chicken bacon ranch club and it came out to $12.83. They purposely avoid putting enough meat on your... food so that you request more and they can charge more. Any other subway you go to, you?ll get the right amount of meat butanytime I go here it?s always something. When the girl was scooping chicken for my mom?s sandwich, she was knocking some backoff and when my mom requested more she had to pay extra as well. They have a young lady there and a older woman that are so sweet but that's where the positive stops. Covid has affected a lot... of businesses but this Subway feels like it's price gauging. I got a regular portion footlong turkey and the total came out toover $9. There is no deals or promotions. They don't accept coupons. I guess the sign that says LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED givesthem the ability to do this. This did not include drink chips or cookie. They force you to request double meat because theybarely give you the regular portion. Let's not talk about the double meat double cheese prices. I felt taken advantage of. Lasttime going there.
