This is the WORST Subway in Savannah period!! I would give them a zero if I could! The workers are so RUDE, they never take... coupons. Also the lady was fixing my sandwich and cashed me out while my sub was being toasted she used the same gloves to getmy money and proceeded to touch my sub with the same gloves. I politely asked her could she make me a new sub because of thegloves and she immediately started going off on me in her language I couldn?t understand it but she was very rude and refused toservice me, I politely walked out won?t give them my money ever again! My husband leaves home at 6:10..He works In pooler and likes to grab a sub on the way to work!Today he goes IN THIS Subway... Stands around...wait and watch as he's being watched but not helped.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE REPRESENTATIVE IN THISSUBWAY NEEDS TRAINING ON ETIQUETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another privately owned franchise that?s associated with a major franchise THAT DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL DEALS OR COUPONS..... This store doesn?t even make tea.. they rather you buy a fountain drink or a bottle drink. Most subway sandwich shops offerMinute Maid but nope. This is another store that?s just interested in the money and not the customers. Very rude. This was my first time going and I won?t go back. Tried to charge me to refill my cup. Barely puts any topping I... guess they?re trying to save money. I?ve never been to this subway and will never go back. I ordered a tuna wrap and a foot long spicy Italian and wanted to make... the wrap a combo. I barely go to subway and did not know it was almost three dollars extra to add chips and a drink. The cashierdid not inform me of the extra charge and when I noticed it I asked for the difference back. She immediately started raising hervoice pointing to the menu telling me that if it?s not up there we?ll charge you extra. Then another cashier came from the backand I tried to explain to her I wanted my money back, she then too started raising her voice telling me the same thing the otherwoman explained to me. It took a lot out of me to remain calm being that it was another customer in there eating. I finally gotthe difference back plus a refund on my whole order. No one should come here and be attacked verbally over something that wasnot explained to them before ordering.
