Hello I was ordering in the drive threw today about 3 mins ago. I was asked 3 times what I was ordering I proceeded to ask... questions about menu items and the difference between the 2. Well I was ignored!!! I asked 3 times about my question. I wasstill ignored. Once I got to the window 2 of the ppl at the drive threw proceeded to argue with me and start yelling at me asthe manger asks them to calm down and stop she asked me to come inside so she could take care of my order. Ms Cynthia the MOD onduty explained the menu items to me when it came to my questions about a new burrito and and an old. But those 2 up front veryunprofessional and arguing with a CUSTOMER!!! I asked for their names Cynthia said she could not give me their names but shewould be letting Erika the DM know. First horrible experience here at this Taco Bell because I work around the corner and I havenever been treated this way they are all usually nice and helpful but not these 2. The employee working the drive thru was joking and laughing with a fellow employee while I was trying to place my order. My... order was completely incorrect as a result. They were also very rude to me while I was paying and picking up my order. I haveworked in the fast food industry, so I understand that it can be very stressful and that people can be quite mean. However theway the employees were talking to customers was uncalled for when they weren't even being difficult or mean to them. Read more
Was given basically an empty tortilla for my beefy five layer burrito and when we pulled back up to have them remake it the... woman rudely told us to pull forward so she could look at it herself. We pull up, she has us unroll the tortilla and says it'sall to portion and it's fine. Huge waste of money and time, I've ordered this before and have certainly had more than apractically plain tortilla. Consistent rude and poor service from this place. Read more
Food here is usually good but always have trouble trying to order. Either the food will take 30+ min when we are the only people... in line or we will go inside to order only for them to say that the dining area is closed but they don?t even lock the doors. Read more
Update. Since my last review. Not much has changed. I went there a couple of nights ago and had to wait at the window for about... 20 minutes. Noone came to the window to say that something was wrong. I had already paid for my food or I would have left. OnceI got my order there were no avocados in it. I don't know why I bother. There is no concern for the people that buy foodhere. Past review Price of food on signs and when charged are not the same. When I asked about it the cashier rudely told me"well that's the price" . If you want awesome service go here. Food sucks and cashier makes the experience even better. Read more

Just the worst. App claims you can pick up mobile order in drive thru, but this store won't let you. Door was locked the first... time the made me come inside. Can't get out of the drive thru so we waited 40 min for theme to move the 3 cars in front of us.Get inside and they haven't started making the food. Wasted 45 minutes of my life waiting for them to get my order wrong. Read more
