Out of what i wanted. Ordered something else because drive thru has no way to exit. Waiting for at least 15 minutes with no way... to exit line. Normally have great service here but it?s hit or miss lately. Asked for the nacho fries but was told they couldn?t serve them... because they didn?t have the cups to put the cheese in and it?s a health code violation to serve them without. I said I didn?twant the cheese and they said they still couldn?t serve them to me. Just tell people they?re currently out.. I don?t need theseoutlandish excuses that don?t even make sense. Read more
This is by far the WORST Taco bell in existence!!! I ordered on the app and it was all fine. But when I got to the drive through... we were told they didn't have our fries... Or cups... Or ice... When we decided to go else where they processed our order andtold us to just cancel it. But we couldn't because they had already processed it!!! We got out of the car to go talk to themanager, who was sitting in her car smoking pot. She had no idea what was going on or how to fix the situation. Her answer was"we can't fix it" totally unprofessional and unacceptable. This manager should be fired and her employee with the 3in nailsshould NOT be allowed to handle food! After finally deciding to make our food they "found" fries but didn't put seasoning onthem. Only gave us small drinks instead of the large we ordered and warm as hell soda. Read more
The employees were fighting inside and our food came to us missing items. Usually not bad here but that was????????????... something. I guess, when your employees are that out of pocket maybe close for a sec???????????. On a good day though ???? Read more
The two people that were in the restaurant today did a better job at getting the orders out then when there was more employees... at previous times. She was very courteous and attentive taking the order and being polite and the gentleman in the back wasmaking the food as fast as he could. I didn't mind driving around and waiting at all because they were so kind about asking.Their customer service was on point today and I had a great breakfast. Thanks Taco Bell on Mall Boulevard!!! Wasted gas, time, and money tonight!! If course things are different because of the pandemic but to pay full price for a 12... count party pack only to recieve 8 is very frustrating and inconvenient on their part. The burritos were full of beans and mush,as well as the crunchy tacos full of nothing empty and sorry!! At least the cashier at the window knows her position! Read more
Why isn't there a zero option? Do you know when you go somewhere and you immediately regret it when you walk inside? That's how... you feel here. Go through the drive-thru because walking inside will just make you mad. The people working here are in no hurryand act like they don't want to be there. I came in and ordered at the kiosk was directed by Ms Lala and everything went well until I got my food. I ordered the #7 and #1... with large Cherry Freeze for the drink and a extra Gordita crunch. I usually check my bag before I leave any establishment butwhen I got home I was highly disappointed everything else was fine but as you can see my chicken quesadilla was burnt. Read more
