We have 3 kids and tried to order 2 Nacho Fries boxes and 1 Cravings box.. the cashier stated "due to short staff", we could... only order 2 and would have to drive around for the last child's order......ridiculous and decided to go across the street toMcDonald's. Go to the drive thru today and order 3 nacho fries. I get told "we can't do that" with no explanation. I ask what the woman... means and she says no one showed up for work today so she can't make me that many. I asked how many can she make me. She says"not 3". So i again ask, how many. She sighs very loudly and says, 1. In a very dismissive tone. At that point i told her toforget it and i left. I get being short staffed but all that means is my food will take longer to make. What would have happenedif there were 3 cars in a row and they all ordered nacho fries. Would she have told the other 2 cars that since i ordered them,they could not? They are probably the worst Taco Bell in Savannah, ga. They continuously get the orders wrong for everyone. Your either missing... items, food undercooked, wrong orders. Since this has been happening for a long time, it shows they do not really care, or theyare just a hopeless store. Ordered 2 quesadillas in the drive thru. Paid and was handed my food. Opened the bag when I drove off and the cheese wasn?t even... melted. I picked up the quesadillas and everything fell out because they weren?t cooked. Was going to eat anyway and the cheesewas cold. Never even grilled it. Ridiculous. Honestly I cannot rave enough about this store..the entire staff embody the spirit of excellence.. the manager is beyond kind... and very professional and her staff is an extension of her goodness.. everyone is kind and very courteous. Especially Wayne,this young man is quite the team player.. he is punctual and always has the mobile orders ready and placed perfectly. He isimpeccable. This store is my most favorite fast food pick up. They get it right all the time.. hats off to them all! Read more
I love Taco Bell more than almost any other fast food restaurant. Mostly for the hours of operation. The fourth meal. I have... been so disappointed with Taco Bell lately because they did away with the double triple crunchwrap which breaks my heart.Tonight I went to the Taco Bell at Chatham Parkway for the second time ever because its still pretty new. I was not impressedwith the food I received. The five layer burritos were made sloppy ingredients oozing out. The cheesy roll ups were not evenheated before they were rolled up. The nachos supreme that I did not take a picture of were mostly crushed up chips and refriedbeans. The health score is 95 but I would never give them a score that high on quality and presentation.
