I reserved a large ham on Monday before thanksgiving and was told I could pick it up any time Wednesday before 5. I am a frequent customer & went yesterday to pick up over $100 worth of items. I stepped up to the counter & was yelled at to... "step back" by a female clerk. I tried again to step forward to pick up my order & pay and again I was yelled at. There was nosign telling me where in the world I was suppose to stand. It was a very unpleasant interaction & is no way to treat goodcustomers. I'm not sure I'll be back. Life is too short to deal with mean people. The other gentleman at the counter was verynice. OMG!!! This place is the bomb. If you want to eat the best Honey baked ham sandwich on a croissant warmed off in a flat pan. I... highly recommend this place over and over.
