Worst tropical smoothie experience I have ever had and I frequent tropical smoothies. The girl taking the drive thru order had a... terrible stank attitude. Left me at the drive thru speaker for 6 minutes. Couldn?t multi task to save her life. Was incrediblyfreaking rude. Ridiculous!!! I was just online reading the reviews for the location on Montgomery and it just happened to me. Says they close... at 9pm, I went through the drive thru at 820, the exact time that the other lady said she went through the drive thru and gotthe exact same response. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the drive-thru at the Montgomery Crossroads location at 8:20 p.m. according to... hours of operation they do not close until 9:00 p.m. I was told that I cannot order. They were taking pickups for online ordersonly. I had 40 minutes before closing time and wasn't able to order. I have been to this particular location a few differenttimes, hoping things would improve or change for the better. But it has not, something needs to be done about the way this storeis being ran. Have been there numerous times - with the hope that their poor service will improve as we need local businesses to succeed, but... today was my last visit. I was at the drive-thru when someone told me to wait they'll be right back. Fifteen minutes later I wasgreeted by "are you ready to order??", no apologies nothing, only to be told they are not serving any food! Needless to say Ileft. I waited 22 minutes in line for my smoothie. This isn?t the first time I have experienced bad slow service. I went the last time... bc of the convenience of the location. After waiting the amount of time that I did I have decided to only go to the one locatedon Abercorn. They are fast and have their customers in and out. Very disappointed! Read more

Got a rotten strawberry in my smoothie. It was straight brown when I spit it out. I?m 8 months pregnant and rotten foods can... cause stillbirth or pre-term labor. This location needs to do a better job at quality control and watch the food they?re givingout to their customers. I will be taking pictures and contacting the health department. If something happens to my baby, therewill be a much bigger problem. Literally straight ridiculous. I?m a regular and will never risk eating here again. Read more
