It is a waffle house. Service gets the job done quick and easy. Food is quick and easy. No hot chocolate, which is a issue for... me. Same greasy spoon diner it always has been. A southern comfort breakfast anytime of the day. Read more

Chey, the waitress, was very nasty and mean to the customers. We asked this waitress nicely to clean the table because it had... some crumbs. She said the table was cleaned. She told our faces point blank that she refused to clean the table. We asked herfor the manager and she pointed to to some manager. However, we went to the person named, Bernice, who served us, and sheapologized for her behalf. We don?t think it?s right for Chey to be very disrespectful and that?s how she get her daily bread.I don?t think she should be working there. We?re not going this place again. Read more

I would like answers to how a restaurant that claims to be 24 hours was not open on Saturday night. Let me give a backstory: I... stay on the south side of Savannah, GA. After 3 PM, there are little to no dining options. Luckily, we have three Waffle Houselocations on that side of town. However, I went to three separate locations and all three were not open to the public or takingorders. Not only were the doors locked at the first location on Abercorn/Eisenhower; but the employees were also in therestaurant (3 employees in total). Three other customers were outside as well, tapping on the glass asking for the clarity I wasseeking. They simply ignored us. I pushed along and traveled to the next location, which is the restaurant onAbercorn/Television Circle. I was happy to see the doors were open. However, when I entered I was informed that at 3:30 AM theywere no longer taking orders until 'the next shift comes in at 7 AM. Again, it was a staff of 4 employees. Disheartened that Imay never find anything to eat, I turned my the final option: the Georgetown location. When I arrived, I walked into an EMPTYrestaurant with 2 employees and was TURNED away yet again. At this point, not only is this simply a waste of money for thecompany as your employees are being paid to do nothing, but it is also a disgrace to the name and legacy of the company. This isnot the first time this has happened. It happens so frequently that I refer to these locations as the 'unreliable' ones. Togloat that you are 'America's Favorite Restaurant', is completely absurd when your employees do not adhere to that specificcustomer service expectation. I hope to see a change in the future as I do enjoy the atmosphere and convenience. Read more

A pleasant, friendly, restaurant to enjoy a tasty meal. The wait staff is very attentive, to the progress and needs you may have... to enjoy your meal, and dining experience. My server (Bernie) was exceptional nice, and kind. If she wasn't serving or takingorders,, she was cleaning many areas, and sanitizing tables.. She definitely will provide great service, and put a smile onanyone's face. Read more

Love the Waffle House here in Savannah, recommend only going when poochie is there because the other wait staff and cooks have... horrible attitudes, I can only speak about the evening times. After 9 pm is when I?m referring to. Read more
