They are the rudest people. Ever . Gave us $42 worth of cold food after waiting 20 minutes for it and their customer service was... horrible the management needs new people . They never even gave us our frostys . They refused to give us a refund . Or give usour frostys served cold burgers to our kids it was a horrible experience wish I could give no stars . Quality of food and service, here, is never anything to write home about, but unfortunately, only memorable for its tendency to... disappoint. Fried foods are frequently overcooked and left under heat lamp for far too long. The hardness of their batter-friedchicken tenders, nuggets, and sandwich filets is a testament to that painful truth. The staff are always just 'there,' and neveranything more. They robotically smile and thank you, but their face always tells a different story: it's almost as if they thinkthey deserve better prospects in this post-COVID 19 dystopian reality... Don't we all? Not the best Wendy's experience, but on par for fast food these days. The men's room had paper towels but the dispenser didn't... work. Couldn't get the out. Ordered the #1 double, no tomato. The burger was dry and chewy. It has been sitting around. Thecheese and toppings were fine. The fries were hot, but overcooked. They were very brown and crisp. Service was subpar. Newemployees combined with an overwhelmed manger. You can do better, Wendy's. Read more

I ordered on Grubhub. I?m not here to complain that it took 2 hours to get my food, but the fact it still wasn?t enough time to... get properly cooked food. I few bites then had to spit it out. The fries were cold as expected waiting for 2 hours, but theburger in the Biggie Meal was bland af and included nothing. I checked the chicken in the salad I also had in the order beforepassing it and it was okay. But generally not happy with this order. I requested a refund through Grubhub, they didn?t ask forpictures, but I took some anyways and I?m leaving this review here too. Read more

This is the most unorganized & unprofessional place to eat from. Yes I know they are shortstaffed but the people that are... staying in line, the employees need to be more courtesy and professional to their customers. That way the customers wouldn?t beso angry when they get to the window. They don?t say hello, thank you for your patience or just being friendly. Get to thewindow that?s how you get price that?s it. I just placed a doordash order for 2 $4 for four orders and a kids meal. Two of my sandwiches were made wrong. I just call up... there and talk to someone who act like they can't comprehend saying that we read what's on the screen. Apparently I did not wantany cheese on my sandwich or no pickles is supposed to be in ketchup iron and mayonnaise tell me why she read the screen back tome and why would that be two sandwiches made differently. The manager I'm assuming that's who she was at like she got no commonsense to comprehend. I took a picture of my order. Bad customer service! On top of that the dasher took so long to bring myorder to where my fries were cold. Just placed an order 07/25/2022 Still bad service, stop hiring people who can't read! Readthe screen correctly! Both sandwiches made wrong. Last week I order through door dash and Wendy's admitted they made a mistakewith my order and it was redelivered. The second time around still incorrectly made sandwiches, and the wrong frosties. It issad when people can't read. I used to work for Wendy's and I took a second to read the screen before I made the sandwiches. Read more
