Went in for dinner last night. Business was one of the slowest I've seen. It took forever for us to receive our food. Let alone... even our appetizer came out 2 minutes before our food. The steak was well over cooked. I asked for medium well and this was likeeating leather. Whomever was working last night in all locations of this store need some more training. Our waitress seemed likeshe could careless. More focused on her down dinner then making sure her guest were comfortable. Read more
Ordered the New Neighborhood double burger and this is what I got. Looks as if I got a regular big patty but cut in half!
Really nice staff! I wish I remembered our waitresses name, she was great. Food was good. I'd definitely go again!
Awful experience, they only had 2 servers and the food was awful... The "new" Cheetos boneless wings would have been good if... they had changed out their fryer oil - you could taste that it was old. We ordered Mac n cheese for our little one and it cameout after all of the adult food and was rubbery. My Aunt ordered a beef burger and it came out looking like an impossible burger(greenish tint). The only good item that wasn't gross was the appetizer - cheese covered waffle fries. Our server was pleasantand did what she could with what she had however we will never return due to the fact that their food (or chef preparing thefood) has just gone down hill. Read more
We ordered appetizers and 2 entrees. Our meals came before our appetizers and when the appetizers did come they were burnt so... bad we couldn't eat them. We were never offered to have them made again or taken off of our bill. Service was horrible! Won't goback. Read more
The Steak and mash were excellent! They could have used a little more help as our waiter was also bartending and we were seated... pretty far away. Absolutely freezing you may need your winter coat! Took about 10 min to come back to the table to get a to goglass n container, that was after my mom had already decided to go wait outside cause she was cold. Read more
The food was pretty alright, but the thing that stood out to me was the customer service. Aaron was very very accommodating and... on top of everything.. the other waitstaff was also very friendly and engaging. Two lady?s, I can?t remember their names, butthey were also BUSTING their butt?s and doing a great job. I rarely leave a five star review.. anywhere, primarily because I?m avery harsh critic when it comes to restaurants. Again, the night staff is a very exceptional group of people. Read more
