My date and I came last night. For a couple of drinks and appetizers. And Yeah. I don't think that we'll be back. The appetizers... were extremely cold. And the waitress was not very friendly. So..I definitely don't think that we'll be back. Read more

Ordered wings and sides for a larger party (>$200 worth). The Door dash delivery driver broke the seal on the box and stole... about 20% of our order. Since we ordered and paid directly through BWW’s website, I asked for a partial refund through them. They promised to fulfill this request, but I’ve not seen any refund, even 2 months later. Will not be going back. Read more

Disappointed with the cleanliness. Stopped here for lunch. We arrived when this location 1st opened. 3rd customer walking in. I... went and used washroom to wash up (not cleaned). Sat down at booth food on bench, table sticky and stuff on floor. Idk if thisdue to staffing shortages or lack of concern by staff that closed up night before. I would have given more stars if buildingcleaner. Read more

Food is great, service was slow to take our order. The Waitress forgot our drinks. The place was clean. We will be returning... customers, but they don't deserve five stars on the review at this point... I've been to a few different Buffalo wild wings andI don't know if it's the specific restaurants that I've been to, or just Buffalo Wild Wings corporate culture in general, butthey are missing something. We have ordered the pretzel knots (approximately 1 ½" x 1 ½" pretzel squares) as an appetizer, andalso onion rings as an appetizer. We got five pretzel knots for $8, and 8 onion rings for $8. Eight onion rings for $8 is alittle high, but not as ridiculously priced as five pretzel knots for $8. Also, there are either not enough wait staff orchecking on customers just isn't made a high priority. This has been an unfortunate recurring theme, and it may have been madeworse by COVID and staffing shortages, but this was an issue before COVID. Definitely not anywhere near the best service I'veever had at a restaurant, but the taste and quality of the food is great! Read more

I was really excited to go here and try the happy hour appetizers. The food was very disappointing. We ordered the queso and... chips and the everything pretzel knots. As per usual they give you an entire bag of tortilla chips and a quarter cup queso. Theeverything pretzel knots had barely anything on them. The server was nice but did not seem knowledgeable and brought the wrongburger to the table. When we told him it was the wrong burger he looked at his tickets like we were making it up. Not only thatbut didn't apologize because we had to wait until the correct one was served. Read more

Came in to watch the game. Our waitress was trying to take care of everyone while other employees were standing around doing... nothing. Our waitress took great care of us and approached us with a smile. She kept our drinks full. I didn't eat, but myhusband said his food was good. Prices have risen significantly just like everywhere else. His 12 wings and 2 iced teas were$32. We left $40 and called it a night. To the management: with prices skyrocketing, people are going to base their decision onwhere to eat out on how they are treated once inside. The service is going to have to be worth spending the money. The employeesat the Savoy restaurant are going to need a pep talk. One waitress can't and shouldn't have to wait on 10 tables when there are5 others standing around doing nothing (other than standing in a clique chatting amungst one another). It left a sour taste inmy mouth. Your great waitress will eventually feel over worked and unappreciated or she will ultimately say screw it and put injust the amount the others are contributing to. At this moment, every customer counts and can help or hinder your bottom line. Read more

The wings were tasty and the potato wedges even tastier! At first the kitchen got our order wrong but the waitress was very kind... and got it fixed quickly. Thank you! Read more
