Visiting Champaign area stopped by this location 08/15/22. First of all the blonde lady behind the desk was very unwelcoming.... Sat down and she began yelling WERE FULL HOUSE MaAM. Nothing crazy about this place. Just a nice place to go play some slots. Very nice bartender that asks you if you want... anything to drink and then leaves you alone. DO NOT go here if you have a paper temporary DL issued by the State Of Illinois which is a legal document given to you while... waiting for your hard copy! The Lady working asked for valid ID, my husband showed his, I showed my paper one given by theState. She said that was unacceptable by the owner. And I must cash out and leave. We have been several times with me using thisform of ID, by the way! First of she should have been at the counter when we walked in and not In the back for long enough formy husband and I to play $20. She was rude and kept telling us we can call whoever. Was rude she wouldn't change 2$ for two bills from tip jar she was getting 2$ back in change she said it was her money didn't... want to work with us. Put the quarters on counter register was closed I know you can't open it I from vegas I know this shethought she was being stolen from when she was getting it in quarters any other place in town would give change and no attitudeyou can see on camera that 2$ was on counter bad attitude never had person treat people that way Read more
