I only had my phone and they don?t take Apple Pay. Nicest guy took all the quarters I had and called us even. Absolutely amazing... customer service! Read more

UPDATE: Just want to update that we received a phone call from the location the next day and they offered their sincere apology... and offered to replace our meal. We are interested in testing the mobile ordering again and will update after our nextvisit. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. I'm mobile order ticket #399, placed at 6pm.When I arrived at the location, I checked in at stall#16 and it showed my name. I waited 25 minutes and nothing. Finally pressedthe red button to talk to someone, only to have them tell me that they can't find my order. They had to come out to look at myphone in order to find it in their system. We were told that their manager is aware of it and will take care of it. Waited foranother 20 minutes, had to use the red button again to get someone else, who had no idea that we were waiting. Finally he bringsour food out, along with the receipt that was printed AT 6pm! And guess what, the food was cold (burger was cold, tater totswere cold, corn dog was cold. Chicken sandwich lukewarm)! They refused to give us a new (warm) burger. By the time we took ourfood and left, 55 minutes had passed. Mobile order ahead was supposed to save us time, instead, it cost us time and money(running the car in this hot weather). If this was a sit-down restaurant we would have left already, unfortunately you alreadyhad our money so we had to wait. WORST experience ever! Read more

Got three breakfast burritos and three sonic cheeseburgers and I forgot to tip; still feeling guilty about that. I'll hit them... up twice over next time I go, but the person working the drive was so nice and I'm scared she won't be working next time. Read more

Rude, loud and confrontational. Was coming through the drive through at 8.30 on Sunday. Lady was rude and made comments on what... we had to order. I would say if you are that miserable and unwilling to work in a fast food environment, just quit cause you?rebeing down the name of this sonic establishment. Fast accurate service. The bacon cheeseburger bacon toaster. Bread was toasted lightly on the grill. Was soft and not over... cooked. Tater tots are freshly made and crispy. Loved the strawberry shortcake shake. All in all I would enjoy going back hereto eat again. Has drive up and they deliver to your car. Read more
