Good customer service, reasonable price.
The customer service has been terrible 3/4 times. I asked for a certain sandwich and the sauce was almost out, so instead of... getting a batch of new sauce the worker stuck her whole arm down in the dish (her coat was in it) and slapped it on my sandwich.I didn't even eat it. Our orders are wrong every time we go. And again the customer service is awful. The workers have been themost unfriendly people every time. It's disappointing because I love Subway, but I refuse to go to this location. Read more
I ordered 2 subs with all the vegetables, I did not get any vegetables. Had to drive all the way back and spend my entire lunch... break trying to get the correct order. Even worse they didn't reimburse the remade order for the time I spent on *their* screwup. Read more

I am unsure of her name, but there is a young woman working today who is absolutely the sweetest and friendliest retail... specialist I have ever encountered. (For reference we did the drive-through around 3:30pm). She was so understanding of me andmy husband missing the speaker by the bushes, she was willing to take our orders at the window, and when she handed us our bagsshe was so kind and said to stay safe. I have been dealing with an illness that makes it difficult for me to keep food down andI recently lost a shocking amount of weight in a short period of time, but I just have no appetite and it's been hard, and todayafter a doctor visit I said, "Let's try sandwiches..." because I was feeling like maybe I could eat something, and it was justso nice to have such a positive experience on a crummy day when I've been feeling awful for weeks. Went in for dinner tonight, son got a meatball sub. The meatballs were either burnt or overcooked, gross. Rude woman at front desk that is working today just missed out on 250 dollars worth of gift cards. I honestly didn't see the... order board in the center of the parking lot as I needed to stop first and get all the cash together for the transaction I wasabout to make.
