Spent $25 here on just 4 rodeo cheeseburgers and the 3 women workers gave us old cheeseburgers with bbq and onion rings slapped... on top of ketchup and mustard. The food was feeezing cold, bread was insanely dry and the cheese wasn?t melted, I would haveasked for my money back but considering you can?t eat in the disgusting restaurant i was already back on the road. It seemed like a new person was being trained on the register, which wasn't bad, it just took awhile and we had to get our order... fixed. The kitchen employees were fast and efficient to correct everything. I would visit again. Read more
Stopped here on our 4 hour trip to a show and waited almost 45 minutes for our food which we ended up being late and missing the... first act of the show because of this and when I did finally get my food it was disgusting. It tasted old, I asked for onlyextra ketchup and got no ketchup the employees where rude and VERY unorganized. If I ever go to this area again we willdefinitely avoid this place Read more
People really need to be nicer to the folks making the food for everyone. The staff here is killing it and it is a large... understatement that they are understaffed. If I were in charge, everyone would get a raise. Sure it took a little longer, butthey are so understaffed it's painful. In general, the cost associated with dinning out has increased exponentially since the pandemic and Burger King is certainly no... exception to the rule. Even though prices have increased the quality of the food has significantly declined and once againBurger King fits comfortably in that spot. I ordered an impossible burger meal with mustard, Mayo, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.What I got was a poorly crafted burger absent the condements I asked for. Disgusting. Fries looked like they picked them up off the floor. ????. I wanted Taco Bell; but they along with Pizza Hut are... permanently closed... reading the reviews, I now understand why.... just avoid this place...there's a Taco Bell and a coupleother restaurants you can go to just a couple exits further up the road. Food was average Burger King. But the service was fast, even when a bus with 50+ people showed up. That earns them an extra... star! Read more
Avoid. NO inside seating. Anywhere. Freeze or go back to your car. Since they know you will likely be miles up the road before... you realize it, your order will be wrong, made sloppy, and dunked in Mayo before shoved in a bag with no napkins. I mean it washot, but Mayo up to my elbow and all over. Read more
