I ordered and didn?t get my food for almost 25 min. Only 3 people in front of me. I love Taco Bell and is usually my favorite... fast food but this is the absolute worst location I?ve been to. Horrible service. Employees were too concerned with leaving in 5 hours than helping customers. When I got to the counter I asked... to substitute a couple items from my order, one of being cinnamon twists to nachos and cheese (which I get all the time for thelast 2 years) was told it was not possible to substitute even though I?m allergic to cinnamon. Employees also wouldn?t allow meto order certain items since they ran out and didn?t want to cook more. I ended up going to the kiosk over and got subway, had away better experience at subway than this Taco Bell. Read more
Phenomenal experience and fresh food. It was definitely made to order and they made a fresh batch of fries for their rattlesnake... fries. It was one of the best Taco Bell?s I have experienced. I wasn?t aware of this but they offer military discount and theonly reason how I found out was that I was wearing my military hat and provided them with my veteran ID and they gave me 25% OFFmy entire order!! Just not satisfied. This store is advertising on their menu that there is a happy hour on their drinks from 2pm to 5pm. At... 2:30pm I inquire about the offer. The cashier says the deal is for participating stores only. They are not participating. Ifthat is the case, why is the sign even there. That's called "bait and switch". False advertising. Im vegan. I ordered 2 black bean chalupas, no cheese, no sour cream, add guacamole, rice, and onions and a large drink. The... price came out to $18.32! Are you all insane? I normally pay $10.91 for the same exact order everywhere I go. She didn't evenput the correct item on the receipt! I tried to get her to change I and she said everything was correct on the receipt. Shetried to say they're actually ta, not taco bell. What!? Are your employees smoking Crack? The sign outside says in hugeletters 'Taco Bell' I attached a receipt from the order and a receipt from a normal taco bell with normal people working thereand a picture of my order, which she also messed up on and I had to pick all the cheese off of.
