Maybe i should start by thanking this location for saving me from the gastrointestinal issues I would have most likely suffered... from due to the hygiene and cleaniless at this location. No gloves, Horrible customer service, rude management (if you canactually call it management). Closed early! I walked up to the counter at approx 9:50 and was ignored for several minutes. Therewere 3 employees behind the counter. 2 of them delivered food to the counter (less than 2 foot from me) and never acknowledged Iwas standing there. After a few minutes, I finally asked waived down the first gentleman and if they were closed. He theninterrupted then asked the woman if there were closed. She must have been too busy bagging everything up to even turn around toanswer me as she mumbled something. He then looked at me & stated, guess so. I then went to the gas station portion of thebuilding, purchased a fountain drink then proceeded to my car. To my surprise, when I got into the car and looked at my phone,it had just turned 10pm. I went back in and asked the "busy woman" why I was told they were closed when it wasn't even 10 when Iwas waiting for service. She stated that they stop taking orders @ 9:55. Well had she actually been helping customers instead ofstanding with her back to the register, she would've noticed that I was there. She was completely rude and dismissive. Iunderstand that hiring quality, fast food employees may be quite the chore, I'm disappointed that apparently to be promoted to aClosing Manager at Taco Bell you need to answer only 1 question ..
