Went in a few minutes after opening. Greeted promptly. Friendly waitress. Chicken wonTon tacos were fresh and crispy. The wife... had a fiesta bowl and loved it. I had Bourbon chicken and shrimp. Half way through I was thinking about ordering another one. Itwas that good. FF were perfect. One complaint.... Water had a funny taste. Couldn't drink it. Ordered a diet soda. Fast friendly service, good food, nice atmosphere
Came here to have dinner the bartender Rachel walked right past us without greeting us. We waiting for 10 minutes till I ask is... she only the bartender which happened to the manager. She made our drinks an put our orders though but never went to her andsaid anything. We had our appetizers and wanted our food to go Manager made it seem that we were gonna get our food fresh butno they made the food and put it under a hot light to keep it warm so our food was not even fresh. We stopped in for dinner around 9pm. Order our drinks and appetizers. We heard a man begin yelling and our waitress told us in... was the current on duty manager. We continued to hear him yell for the rest of our visit. Then the appetizers came out same timeas our entrees and waitress said she forgot to put appetizers in. Then the bill came and they double charged us for everything.Then it took them 30 minutes to fix the bill. I am very easy to please and all of the above mentioned ruined the experience. Read more
Raw chicken; raw chicken; RAW CHICKEN. I can't say it enough. I literally was out of work for 2 days and now it's the following... week and I'm still having issues with my stomach. To add insult to injury I was given 10% off the bill for the "inconvenience".(I will say the manager took the whole meal off the bill the following day but too little, too late. Some people tend to bash Applebee's but I've never had a really bad experience with the company. It really depends on where your... located, the time of day, and how the community is generally. This location was quite nice compared to some of the otherchoices near by. Our attendant was nice and courteous despite it being a bit busy when we got there. The food arrived hot andtasted freshly cooked. We ordered a bit more than we could handle, but everything went home with us so nothing was wasted. Theprice was reasonable for the amount of food we ordered (with alcohol). It's just too bad we were too full to enjoy the lava cakedesert we were eyeballing. Parmesean breadsticks were amazing, full of flavor, hot, and slightly crispy (the good kind). Broccoli Chicken Alfredo pasta was perfect and my shrimp and steak dinner was an amazing addition to my day. My wife and Iwould definitely stop in again when in the area. Of all things considered, I believe the worst part of the experience was thatour table was wobbly. Its just an inconvenience and doesn't deserve a lost star, however this being a poke to management tograb a screwdriver! Read more
Excellent service, waiter was on top of everything. Food was very good although portion sizes for appetizers was smaller than... most Applebee's I've been to. It was great that they had photos of the local youth sports players on the walls. Booths aretight, very little space between seating and the table. I would vist again. Read more
