Our order seemed like it took forever and they weren't busy. Finally recieved our food, only a chocolate 1of2 shakes and French... fries and chicken fries were cold . 5 min later..oreo shake still not made. Manager brought it to the counter and was theconsistency of oreo milk and the cup only filled 1/3 of the way up. I complained about the shake and cold fries and I Recieved alook from the manager as if my complaint was totally unjust. Another server bailed her out and made a proper, fresh shake forme. Read more
Service was super slow. Cashier was very clueless how to take an order. My children?s chicken nuggets were burnt and cold. I... purchased a whopper that was supposed to be fresh but was colder than the lettuce that came with it. Overall I would rate thisplace lower than a one star for today?s service and performance.
