I will not be going to this Dunkin anymore. The last several times I have placed an online order the products have been... unavailable after the app accepted the order. Today's order was two coffees and a bagel. They were out of flavorings for bothcoffees and had no bagels. This is a common experience at this location. Read more
Went today and the guy with snake bites gave us the wrong drink, then the right drink, then asked for the wrong drink back, just... took the straw out of it then GAVE IT TO THE PERSON BEHIND US. So so bad, and they mess up my order every. single. time. Read more
This Dunkin’ location would be better off just closing down. It used to be really good, pretty quick through the drive... through, drinks tasted good. After the remodel it took a dire turn for the worst! I just spent 35 minutes waiting in the drivethrough. It’s been like this at least the last 4 times I’ve been there. After waiting that long I would at least expect mydrink to be good, but nope. I can’t taste any vanilla, and it has a metallic after taste. This will be the last time I gohere. I’d rather go out of my way and go to the Dunkin on Keystone. At least they can get it right in a decent amount of time! Read more
Really horrible service. We had to wait several minutes for an employee. A man had his dog off leash and let his dog rub all up... on customers and sniff them. The staff did nothing about this man going up to customers and having strange, uncomfortableconversations with them, including me and the people I was with. Waited ages for our food while the disturbed man madedisturbing conversation with us. Will never return. The walls are covered in white paint it looks as if it was never completed.There is a three segment painting on the wall out of order. This whole establishment looks filthy, the state should really comein and inspect the place. Read more
This Dunkin' was our goto coffee place when we visit Sayre. It was always great! Now however, 08/2022. It's horrible. I know... there are staff shortages, I'm very willing to wait for things. But, multiple times in a row the order has been wrong. When wetry to explain to the worker what was wrong, they just stare at you slack jawed. I'm pretty sure the kid was stoned. I'm all forlegalization, but maybe don't partake right before your shift? Read more
Whenever I go here the staff are unresponsive and never get my food right. Staff are very uncomfortable to talk to and the... quality is ridiculous. Would recommend another dunkin. Read more
Wow!! Unbelievably wow is the only way to describe my experience. I ordered on the mobile app so that I could simply grab my... order and go. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru and I finally get some of my order. I ordered 2 drinks, a dozen donuts, and a10 pack of munchkins. I received the 2 drinks, after the lady tried to give me one that was not what I ordered. When she finallymade the correct drink, she gave me 2 cups of it since she didn't want to throw away the extra. She gave us an extra 7 donutsfor the wait. Then after we finally got the drinks she then decided to tell me that she didn't have the donuts that I ordered,and that she gave the munchkins that we ordered to someone else. So I told her to just give me the dozen so that we could getgoing. She gave me a random mix of donuts, even after she told me she had most of what I wanted in the dozen, and then addedthree more to it. She then proceeded to write on the box while I am sitting there just waiting to go. I hate to say this aboutsomeone without actually knowing, but I am not sure that she was uninhibited.
