Their door says the lobby doesn't open until 6:00 a.m. however the official Dunkin Donuts app says the lobby opens at 5:00 a.m.... for this location. Called to complain and the assistant manager tells me that they have no control over what it says their hoursare online, or even in the official app. I now have a very unhappy pregnant fiance who just wanted to get a special treat ofsome crullers but couldn't get any because you can't go through the drive-thru without a car which we do not have. Place was filthy,hardly any doughnuts and the one's ordered ( doughnut holes) were old and hardly any filling. I ordered med... coffee and the heat from the coffee was so hot it felt like my hand was burning. I asked for a cup sleeve and I was told theydid not offer them any longer.May never go there again. Good for but they are so unorganized. I was standing waiting for my order and could hear them talking... apparently, they have... trouble communicating, they were having problems with getting the orders correct between the drive thru, the customers at thecounter and the online orders. The cook was making food and it was being given to the customers so while I was waiting for"avocado toast", I heard the cook say, I already made that, she was blaming the window worker and then they discovered it wasput out on the table for online orders. They could get lines moving much quicker with simply better organization andcommunicating.
