From the time we paid (10:39 am on the receipt), we waited (from 10:39 am to 11:10 am) 31 minutes for 2 cokes, large fry and... double cheese burger. Seems a little excessive. I could have gone into a sit down restaurant and gotten it in that time. Will be awhile before I go to the Sayre McDonald's again! This review is from a former employee: Expect to wait a very long time for any order. Their customer service is basically non... existent. When I applied for a job here, I already had a full time job lined up. The hiring woman said that's fine and she'ssure they'd be able to work around it. Before the GM gave me a schedule, I told him I'm starting my full time job soon. A weekbefore I started my full time job, I told him I couldn't close anymore. They refused to give me a schedule I could work, so Istopped coming in. Upon coming in for my paycheck, she told me they want me to just quit. Every single time I have come in toget a paycheck they are rude and they usually take forever. It seems clear they need more people working, even during the daywhen I am available. It's no wonder they are slow and people don't want to work here. I may have only worked for a few weeks,but I was on time, never called out, and I was closing the store almost every night. There's no reason for them to act like thistowards me, it's completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more

Always fast service but I wish the employees were a little friendlier at the drive thru. I understand it's busy and people can... be frustrating. I work in retail. But even a fake smile and an upbeat voice goes a long way. Food is always delicious though. Read more

Be careful when drinking coffee as you might choke when the plastic nozzle falls into your Cappuccino or Latte. I sent a message... to corporate and they said they would let the restaurant know. Unfortunately you really don?t know if they follow up. Still havethe plastic nozzle and original cup from when it happened last week. Read more

The place was filthy. The employees all playing on their phones, and most of them with ear buds in their ears. There was no... lettuce on the big Mac. When I spoke to the manager about it, he apologized. I told him "it's not your fault" his response was"it's not his fault either, he didn't know it required lettuce" with a sneer and attitude. Train the employees correctly andthere won't be complaints. And if you are going to be disrespectful to your customers, maybe management isn't the position foryou. Read more

We had a really nice experience here. We did have to wait a little bit for our food but that?s only bc there was a really big... group that was in front of us. Considering everything they did a great job! It is very clean, modern and the staff were reallynice! Read more

$80+ spent at McDonald's, and most of the burgers (DQP/QP) were quite pink or downright raw in the middle. Definitely not what... we want when ordering from fast food. Very disappointing and a health concern, aside from the lack of quality and money wasted.Completed survey and no response. Such a let down. Read more
