I went into the shop and was not greeted by either two associates. The couple behind me was greeted immediately upon entry. I... was not asked if I needed assistance with the cake order I wanted, but again they helped the same two patrons who came in behindme. I would give negative stars if I could. I would give no stars if I could. The woman behind the counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. She is rude and gets nasty... if you question the bill. She screws up whatever order you give her and has an attitude when you correct her on what youoriginally ordered. My 7 year old son was looking in the showcases and she had the nerve to tell me to get him away when he wasdoing nothing but looking in. There are other Carvel stores with much better customer service and better people running it thanto go back there. Read more
I go to this spot all the time, here?s a warning... watch the amount of ice cream they put in the cup. Constantly shortage of... ice cream. Always looks full. when you get home it melts down to half a cup. $8.50 every time FILL UP THE CUP!!!!!! When I wasin school I worked at a carvel store in sheepshead bay for two years. The owner would grab the cup and add more ice cream if shethought it wasn?t full enough. Sorry about the bad reviews, but stop robbing the customer. And by the way, the owner neverresponds to and review good or bad.
