Customer service is horrific. I got out of work at 10:30 the other night ordered Domino?s online. I got a call after I placed my... order that they were very busy and the order was gonna take a while. I said that?s fine. As soon as I hung up the phone theycanceled my order. I ordered five more times after that and repeatedly had my order canceled. The so-called store manager tellsme there is no general manager tells me there is no boss I won?t do nothing to try to help me. Best dominos location, staff is friendly and take care of the order every single time !
Rude workers. Ordered carry out and paid on the app which should be a quick easy pick up but instead workers ignored and had me... waiting. Then, proceeded to take other clients who walked in after me. Rude and not efficient. Very disappointed with thislocation. Read more
I bought a thin crust and when I got it, it was completely burnt & had almost no real pizza, it was all black.
Their new cheesy dip literally burns your mouth enough that the burn lasts for days and even when you wait for the dip to cool... off, it then turns into this harden layer of cheese that looks absolutely disgusting. Also got to love the free pizza they offerwith no means of redeeming the code. Read more
My kids love Dominos pizza so I always order from them. 95 percent of the time I usually get the food delivered. Well two days... ago I had went there to pick up the food because I was down the block and the guys that were making the pizza had no mask on!I?m sorry we are in a pandemic right now and if you are handling food you should definitely be wearing a mask!!
