I ordered mr beast burger with my friend (made by friendlys in sayville) We got two beast burgers and two mr beast fries. When... it arrived at the door I got one burger and one fry. So we went to the store and asked to get the full order. They were niceabout it and started making it right away. Once I get the bag I notice that there are only three items. I bring it back and sayI need all four items. We needed another fry. So they give me the other fry and it wound up being in a much smaller box. I saidwhy is it so small and he said ?it?s all the same portion size, she must of just put it in the wrong box. Already frustrated Ijust say whatever and walk out with the food. We get home and realize the smaller box was just regular seasoned fries and not mrbeast fries. So they did the order wrong a total of three times and never got it right. Something as simple as two mr beastburgers and two fries. Really disappointed. Not only did I Uber eat and get the wrong order but I go straight to the source andstill get the wrong order. Order through doordash . Doordasher was given bags after he said it?s the 3 items right? It was only the ice cream no drinks no... meals . Just the 3 ice creams in that order . Friendlys offered to deliver which was great since the kids really wanted their 3kids meals and it was still there after I called them . I get a call back saying the dash actually came and is delivering it andgave it to him . Well the Dash never came back . Weather that was a true story or not who knows . Will never order here again .I work in the restaurant business both parties know what?s in the order please double check all orders in the future . Read more
Can?t believe I?m writing this. I use to love coming here with my friends and mom but they change the menu. They have a lot less... food they use to have and up the price. They even got rid of the mini mozzarella sticks for big mozzarella sticks. Totally fine,but they were gross no flavor. Waiter didn?t seem to care and said everyone else like them. Maybe they were just cooked wrong.There ice cream still is great though. Read more
My family and I are the only people in the Friendly?s and my food has been sitting there for the last 15 minutes while there... are four people behind the ice cream bar and there?s no reason why we are waiting for our food still. Horrible customer servicelack of attentiveness. Then once I brought it to my waitress Carrie?s attention she was very rude and unprofessional and hadmassive attitude when I was just letting her know for next time but because she was rude we left.
