I love TOA sushi BUT the customer service at this location is very poor. Just so you know, the woman told me all of their spicy... tuna and spicy salmon rolls Come With crunch. Even though they have a selection for Spicy Crunchy Tuma Roll, they will putcrunch in both rolls. ?? I ordered twice and it was great. Third time there was crunch in all my non crunch rolls from theirmenu. So I called and said it was the wrong menu item. She said no, she makes sure the chef puts crunch in ALL the rolls?? Um,I guess to fill and make larger? So if you think you are eating clean, surprise, you have fried Panko crunch fill in your roll.Very bad if someone is allergic to panko. Very bad. Long story short, she did not refund me, she did not offer to make newrolls without crunch, she just said sorry and next time I have specify. I called Grubhub and explained and they gave me a fullrefund without hesitation and said they will call restaurant so does not happen again. They have excellent food, just very poorcustomer service which makes me not order again from that location. Read more

Food was amazing back before Covid but I recently went about a year back. Ate the food had a couple of drinks and the tab was... $72 total. the waitress was unbelievably rude and messed up our order through the whole process. we ordered some crab Rangoonand spicy crab roll and two completely different orders came out. I told her sorry that wasn’t correct and she said nope thisis what you ordered. My girlfriend looked at her like she was crazy because we both know what we ordered. Drinks were awful toboot. So because of the bad service I left her $8 tip. I’m a very good tipper and I would of left $15 but she was rude andignored us the whole time we were there. The eye rolls were non stop. The worst part… as we were walking out she ran after uslike we stole something and said sir you forgot something. I said did I? She said yeah you forgot to leave the correct tip! R UD E!! I was appalled and the worst part was when she did it the restaurant was full and they stopped eating and everyone waslooking at her. I had to address to her verbally how much she sucked at being a waitress and maybe she should try bagginggroceries instead, could be a better career path because she doesn’t really need to communicate with people all the time.Never going back. I ordered through Uber eats and got the 2 roll lunch special. Had one spicy tuna roll and one spicy tuna roll with crunch. Both... were very good. They had the fanciest chop sticks I have ever seen, see pictured. Overall a very good experience. The food wastasty and was delivered quickly. I would recommend. Read more
