Second time trying it since the owners changed, and the first time I went the bagels were too hard. The second time I went the... chicken was too dry and the French fries were undercooked. I really tried to like this place but the bagel place near thiscalled Hot Bagels is a lot better in terms of ownership and quality of food. Ever since Bagel Express changed owners, they havebeen nothing but rude and they do not keep the food fresh. I will not be going back here and would rather go to Hot Bagels upthe street. Read more
