Every time we have come here, things have gone as expected. They are busy but we've never had issues with our food or drinks and... they have always been respectful. Yesterday I felt awful for the girl working at the front counter as a woman came recording herclosely, leaning over the counter and going on about a door dash seal and demanded a phone number. I understand but the girlkindly told her that the workers do not make that decision, the woman was relentless and said she didn't have time for this, butyet she was there causing a seen. Props to that girl for continuing to remain professional! When the woman left everyone was inagreement that she was in the wrong. Note to people: these are fast food places. the workers are not your punching bags, they donot make decisions such as when a seal goes on bags. if you want a corporate number, go online and get it. Fast and easy. Tastes good. We stop here every trip home from visiting our son in Laurel. Consistently good. One of the few... Dunkin locations I can get the apple and spice filled donuts, which are a favorite. Read more
Update April 2022: This location still has the same issues as from before. Today I ordered a caramel iced coffee -- they forgot... the caramel. I ordered a caramel oatmilk latte -- they used regular milk and just mixed it with black coffee. It was lukewarm.That's not a latte. I ordered a cream cheese bagel toasted -- it wasn't toasted and the cream cheese was all on on side of thebagel wrapper. Update: July 2021 I've tossed away my last 3 lattes and cappuccinos from this place. It genuinely seems likethere's zero coffee and there and I'm all getting is steamed milk. I'm not sure if they're using extremely watered downespresso, old coffee, or if they're just not putting it in at all. They're always so rushed that they forget to actually make adecent cup of coffee. Original review: I've never really been impressed by this DD. The service is perfectly fine but it canget very busy and take a while to get your food. On top of that, there's only a few tables for seating and it doesn't make for avery good study/social spot. Dunkin? Donuts never get to disappoint me be it their services, their staff, or quick bites or the kind of food they... offer. There's always a feel-good vibe that I get in here. This one time, as I was lined up to order something, I hear themaddressing me in my native language which isn't English of course. I could see how happy he was to see someone from hismotherland. I always wonder how efficient their staff is, dealing with the customers so well. Baskin Robin together with Dunkinis the icing on the cake. Read more
