I?m not usually one to leave reviews, but unfortunately, every time I go to to Burger King now the customer service is horrible... and my order is always incorrect/awful quality. I won?t be returning. Please invest in a better microphone in the drive thru socustomers do not have to scream their order to the cashier. Read more

On 11/19/2022 at 9:16pm I went through drive through with my husband. And the lady working the drive through at said time was so... so rude, constantly asked us to repeat ourselves. I don?t know if the speakers need fixed or what. Also, asked for a shake andthey said it was down. Lastly, lady took an attitude and slammed the window at us through drive through. If I was the big bossyou can bet said person would be terminated. I expected excellent service. Also, next time? never mind I won?t be going thereagain. Lost. Read more

I have gone here many times over the past few months. More times that not I either have had to go back for missing food. Special... ordered food not correct. The wrapper will even indicate what is supposed to be on the sandwich and it will still not be right.Have stood in the lobby over 20mins for 2 meals then they realized they never started the poppers and had to wait longer. Wasforgotten when pulled around. The manager jen is so unprofessional and honestly seems like she is in her own world. She iseither overly playful with her team to the point of it hurting service or she is out right rude and demeaning and speaks to theyounger kids like they are her children. I witnessed her on break go back to the kitchen and take every worker out the backbecause she believed someone was by her car???? When they walked in more than one said no one was there. She does not evenapologize when you have waited long wait times just to get your order that?s not correct she almost acts as if you areinconsiderate of her when it is the other way around. I kept going back believing it was an off day but at this point it?s agood 8 times I can say out of 9 that it?s been ?ok? service. Read more

This Burger King is the best one I've ever been to! They really don't mind missing substitutions, that's rare, I don't care what... your slogan is! We had burgers, everything was fresh and came dang close to looking like the picture, lol. The fries were hotand delicious ???? I love being able to customize my drinks with vanilla and cherry!! People are the real difference though,they are always friendly and nice to everyone in my party. I really do recommend this restaurant. Read more

Waited over 25 minutes after ordering for my food to come out. About 15 mins in the drive thru employee came out and said my... food was almost done they were just waiting on the bacon to finish cooking. I wouldn't normally care as much that my food tookawhile but I was the only car.... by the time I got my food it was all cold and nothing was fresh. Should have just waited inthe 10 car line at McDonald's, probably would have been better and faster Read more

Went in today and the girl at the drive thru was rude to start with and we ordered 2 milkshakes that were missing about 1/3 of... the ice cream and was not even blended. Once we got our food realized that the BBQ sandwich had no BBQ and the chicken sandwichwas switched for a fish sandwich which could have ended very badly for someone with fish allergy. Haven't been to this BK in a while as quality was lacking. Thought I'd try it again since some time has passed... well, quality... of food hit the norm for a fast food restaurant but the shift manager Erika was extremely rude. With COVID restrictions still inaffect, I went through the drive thru, ordered some nuggets with BBQ sauce and parked in the parking lot to eat. Good thing Idid because they forgot to put the BBQ sauce in the bag. When I went in, Erika told me it would be a bit so I told her I justneeded the BBQ sauce they forgot and she reied "I don't care you're gonna wait". Not ok because I already paid for food andservice for which they fell short. Took Erika 5 minutes to get me the sauce and wouldn't tell me her name. Rude. When I waswalking out the district manager happened to be walking in, so I explained my experience to her. She was not happy and saidshe'd talk to Erika and ensured it wouldn't happen again. 2 stars only because the regional manager was so nice and karma. Read more
