I am generally quite happy with the service at AJs. I frequent a number of their locations in greater Portland, and... particularly this location. Most visits have been positive but I did have an instance where an individual went around the lineand cut in between the order and pick up windows. I was quite disappointed that the staff proceeded to take the man's orderfrom the pick up window rather than ask him to get in line. I do think the staff should have refused to serve him as by servinghim they let him cut off 5 cars filled with customers. I recognize that some locations have 2 windows where orders can beplaced, so I also think this location should ensure this type of mix-up does not recur. Read more
