50/50 chance they won't get your order right...but when they do the coffee is great
The service is wonderful and the coffee is very delicious .
We placed an order online and then walked in the lobby to pick up. After using the bathroom while waiting for pickup, the lady... behind the counter basically yelled at us that the lobby was closed. Now granted, the sign said it was closed to dine incustomers, it did not say it was closed for pickup orders. When I explained we were here for a pickup, she rolled her eyes andtold me, it's at the other end and rudely pointed. I felt like I needed to apologize for interrupting her day. I normally don'thave bad experiences here, and I wasn't rude to her. My wife and I were taken aback at the rude customer service. Be warned -avoid lobby at all costs. This only got a 2 because on our way out, another employee, who was leaving, apologized for herbehavior. Read more
2nd time coming to this DD in 2 years! Lobby was locked and closed last YEAR and now just lobby is closed this time! We can't... take the camper through a drive thru! Inside staff was rude and told us to order online! Which I can't do because DD appdoesn't give me the option to make my latte the way I want! So we proceed to walk out of the lobby and a passive-aggressiveemployee says ok BYE, see ya! As if we were the problem! Bathrom was dirty! The floors inside the lobby are disgusting! Idk if Scarborough is on a different water source but the coffee here is amazing! I would order the same coffee in Gorham and I... can taste a difference between the locations. Maybe Gorham location is on a well, maybe Scarborough has a reverse osmosismachine, but there is a difference, trust me. Read more
