Customer service in this day and age is dead. The service is absolutely terrible. The staff never answers the phone so you are... forced to place the order online. I placed it at 5pm and it said pick up time was 5:45. I arrived at 5:25 as it was two regularsandwiches, pretty simple. And watched the staff make at least 15 walk in sandwiches before I walked up at 5:46pm and asked thestatus of my order. Staff said it was almost done, I asked if was being made and they said they were starting it now. I askedfor a refund and was told it could be made quickly. I guess this means the other sandwich had been sitting there ready for 30minutes or so? I then watched two other orders go out the door before mine did. I'm all for young workers getting out there, butthere needs to be some level of management available as six 16-17 year old teens cannot efficiently run a resturant. I will notbe returning as this is beyond the first time an experience such as that has happened. Read more

Serious sandwiches only! No turkey based meats and skimping on the vegetables to make a profit. Stop messing around with $5... sandwiches, pay a little more and treat yourself to a real sandwich that's going to satisfy the appetite. Cold cuts are slicedright in front of you, fresh veggies and toppings. There are three different sizes, the mini, regular and giant. Yes they havevegetarian options as well. Cut cold Italian was top notch, fresh, tasty. Bread was fresh and soft but not squishy. Location was dirty, ingredients all over... the counter and debris on the floor. Cleanliness took away the 5 star. Food and customer service were excellent. Read more

The best gluten free sandwich!! As a person with celiacs disease they went above and beyond to change gloves and clean the... tables before making my sandwich. The gluten free bread was delicious and separated from the rest. They also will make anyrequest when getting extra toppings. Read more

The food is always good. Staff always looks and acts SUPER stoned. It's kinda awkward walking in to order cause they all don't... really know what they're doing. They don't seem to know what "Mike's way" means. I'm not mad about it, just makes going in toorder super weird. I'd rather order online and not have the super unwelcoming attitude when I'm ordering my food. ???? Ah well.Foods always good though so, it's kinda worth it. Read more

The sandwiches were really good, but the store experience wasn?t too great. The manager was very nice and had a great... personality, but (some) of the staff was very rude. Blank look, very monotone and asking me to repeat myself several times. Itwas packed but the line went really fast, even with people ordering hot sandwiches. It was 30 for three regular size sandwiches.I?ll go back but maybe right when it opens. Read more

These subs are excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and quality cuts like Boars Head. But a good product can only take you so... far. The staff is nice, but they?re all young kids. It?s disorganized, chaotic, and doesn?t have good communication. I.E. callat least an hour ahead for pickup orders. I had several bad experiences when my order was overlooked, done but I was not told,etc. if they could fine tune that, I?d give them 5 stars Update 9/21: I called in an order at 5pm, arrived at 5:45p (plenty oftime) and was told they ?threw away my ticket by mistake and thought they completed it?. If that was all it?s a mistake and Iget it. But they kept making people?s sandwiches that were in line. And didn?t fix the problem. 15 minutes I had to remind themto put my order into the rotation. I really hate that they have a good product and my wife loves them , otherwise I would nevergo here 11/3 update: no answer when calling, but you can finally order online. That?s good. Pickup time said 12:33, got thereand was told ?we did this order already but someone must have taken it. We?ll make it now?. Bottom line.. go in the store toorder, everything else is unreliable and people who order in person get their food 10x faster. Can?t wait until there?s anotherlocation or competitor! Read more
