Manager in training very rude this morning! Took order from another car ahead of me. When I mentioned it. No response. When I... got to window and asked if was manager, he said in training. Terrible. I actually sat in the parking lot to fill out a complaint. I had to wait a very long time for a basic order. When the... runner brought the food out, he didn't know if it was my order or not (there were 3 others waiting). I looked in the bag andimmediately saw nearly all my fries had been just dumped into the bag. It's almost like they put the fry carton in upside down.This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. But, I've had enough! I paid over $13 for a bland burgerand dumped out fries. Very frustrating. Everything costs more now and I can't afford to "treat" myself to garbage! Read more
This location is perfect!, right in the middle of Scarborough. The food is usually decent and fresh but I have food allergies... and every time I order a burger with "no cheese," I end up with cheese on it! Almost EVERY time!! Err!! Super frustrating. It'syellow cheese too which is nasty imo. Tip- if you are a cheese eater, ask to switch your meal to have "white" cheese"instead of the yellow stuff they usually use. When I could eat cheese, I liked the white better, they have it! Ask em!! Edit: &what's up with no leaf lettuce for like 2 years now? Leaf lettuce goes on a burger, not shredded lettuce!???? The customer service at this location is awful! Had a bad experience with their staff and manager. They made a mistake in... taking the correct quantity of the item I ordered through their drive-through. Instead of remedying the situation at thepick-up window, the manager asked me to drive back and line up again at their drive-through. I pleaded with them to ring themissing order at the pick-up window because the line at the drive-through is long, but the manager just waved me goodbye,adamantly said he could not add the order there, and asked me to circle back and line up again at the drive-through window. Honestly I don?t know what?s happened in the past few months but I miss that curly haired lady who would always hand out my... morning coffee with a smile, we would talk every morning. Now it?s all ridged, robotic clones. Especially that guy Wes, I?venever felt welcomed from him. He seems to always be more interested in his phone then being there. This McDonald?s used to havesuch a personable experience. I?d rather spend the extra few bucks and get a coffee from Dunkin down the road. Read more
Ordered a simple 2 meal order. Drive through person was rude AF to start with and when I got my meal, it looks as though they... just POURED a half cup of GREASE into the bag where both bag and box was saturated. Completely disgusting. Read more
The manager at this location was super helpful! He confirmed they have the Halloween buckets and he even gave us extra handles... for some friends who ordered Happy meals at lunch and whose buckets came without handles! I appreciate the staff working sohard to satisfy the Friday night dinner rush and being kind as well. Read more
