Avo chicken Cobb salad was so yummy! My son loved his burger. I loved the affordability. Fried pickles super yummy!

Took a while to get a seat but they were busy. Our server was great, but the drink runner was unfriendly. Our food was a mix of... good and not so good. We got an onion ring tower was overcooked and extremely greasy. For $12, I expected something better. TheFreckled lemonade was ok but costs $5 for a watered down version and just a few strawberry pieces. My peach tea was gross untilI realized it hadn?t been mixed at all. I ordered a Pig Out Tavern Double and received a regular Tavern Double. The bacon wasfloppy. I?ve been to RR in several states and this one is my least favorite. You can?t charge people ridiculous prices for foodand not give them quality food. Read more

First ever visit and without a doubt there will be many more!!! We each had the Madlove burger - wow - what a delightful... combination of flavors filling our mouths with each bite!! One of us tried the Chili Cheese fries that were so tasty and theother tried the Garlic Fries which didn't disappoint one bit. Only comment on the burgers were that we ordered Medium Rare andthey were a little more done than that. The Screaming Red Zombie was perfect to wash it all down. My husband said "whenever wego out for burgers, this will be our only place to go". With each bite of these burgers you get the juiciest most flavorfulbite. The sweet potato fries are the best I have ever had!!!.....Many visits have happened since this first review and still ourgo to place for the tastiest, juiciest burgers. Read more

The quality of food at this location tends to be a hit or a major miss, the hours fluctuate due to a constant need for staff as... evident by the nearly permanent "help wanted" signs, and the poor employees always seem to be in a rush and are clearlyexhausted. Quite a few times we've been skimped on burger toppings or fries, our last visit they were out of sweet potatofries, which was a bummer, other times our burgers were on the greasier side and warm rather than hot. In the past they hadbetter prepared food, especially compared to other Red Robin joints during COVID, which is one of the reasons that weoccasionally give them another chance, as well as the location is easy to get to from the interstate. That aside, whatinteractions I've had with the staff were always positive, you can tell that they're trying their best to stay bright andfriendly and genuine, they're quick to help if need be, they're just overworked. After a few incorrect orders we took a break for a while, understanding that covid was probably to blame. We finally went back... and actually dined in about 2 weeks ago. The place was practically empty and seemed perfect for lunch. The waitress seemed nice, but was admittedly not much help with the allergen menu and seemed totally uninterested in checking on us after our food came. Part of my order was incorrect but nothing I couldn't live with. I finally earned my free burger coupon, so I did an orderpickup the following week when I was in town. When I called for curbside no one answered the phone, so I just went in insteadassuming they were busy. No big deal, it happens. Walk in and there's so much socializing within the staff and not enoughcustomers to justify me needing to walk in. My ENTIRE order was incorrect and the broccoli was inedible. I made the adjustmentsthe way the allergy menu told me and it was shown in my confirmation email, but the receipt with my food showed no such thing. Icannot have gluten, egg or dairy and the burger came on a bun with mayo seeping out of the sides. I couldn't eat anything fromthat order. I paid a tip for food that I had to go in and get then could not eat. With that being said, it's probably great forthe rest of the world but we have decided that it's not worth our money and certainly time to visit this establishment anymore. We'll stick with local restaurants where cost seems to be the same or less but the quality is far above. Read more

Love Red Robin, YUM! My black and blue burger was sooo much thinner than previous version, but still good! waitress was amazing... and Cass at the door was so welcoming, really giving a WOW factor! excellent service from staff, poor management it seems, limited hours and the manager only visited 2 tables instead of all, what's the point... I have been in red Robin couple of years ago in Seattle and everything was amazing. We have been waited for 20 minutes because... we didn't want to seated on bar's! They are under staff so, it takes 25 to serve us, and they bring the food with only 10 friesyes only 10 pieces, i ask more and it took another 10 minutes! Anyway last time for us to go there. Even though these restaurant openings have been strange and hard I must say I really enjoyed a more peaceful atmosphere and... service. Learned a lot of the sauces are made in house and they we're gracious enough to make me my own sweet & spicy ketchupand then gave me a chance to try some island heat!! Even though I was disappointed that the call ahead didn't work We got inwithin 15 minutes The food was delicious and definitely a must go during these times!! Tell Justin we said "Hi" when you see himbehind the bar!! Read more
