Not going to lie to you some of the reviews that I've seen are correct. I thought the food was warm and tasty. The service... people were nice and courteous. The service is UNGODLY SLOW!! It is a high traffic area and the restaurant also serves KFC whichalso slows the service down. If you are super hungry don't wait in drive thru line. Either order on the App or just keep drivingto another eatery for your sake and the sake and everyone involved. Read more

Placed an order for pickup using Uber Eats. Not my first choice but seemed convenient since I was on a short lunch break. When I... arrived the line rather long and a sign is posted on the entrance that orders can be picked up inside. I went to the door andsaw another sign stating that the lobby was closed and the door was locked. After calling the store 5 times until someone pickedup to let me in, I was informed that the door I was supposed to use was on the opposite side of the building, which wasconfusing and not noted anywhere. Upon entering, I noticed that not only was my order missing half the items on the receipt, theitems that were included where not even the correct items, and everything was cold. I arrived to pick up my order early so the10-15 minutes it took for someone to finally let me in to pick it up shouldn?t have made my food cold (not lukewarm, cold)unless it wasn?t fully warm to begin with. At this point I was late returning to my shift and no one could have fixed my orderin a timely fashion so I simply left and asked for a refund. Uber Eats told me Taco Bell needed to cancel the order and when Itold the employees at Taco Bell that, the were extremely rude and told me they didn?t have time to tell Uber how to do theirjob. Frankly, I don?t have time to tell THEM how to do THEIR job, follow a basic order receipt, and warm food properly socustomers don?t get sick. Read more

Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, swap refried beans for black. Originally I was given a burrito with meat in it. When I... went inside and asked for what I ordered, super nicely by the way, I was handed this as a replacement by the manager on site.???? no cheese, no sauce, hardly any beans or rice inside - cool so I won?t come back and give you anymore of my money! How hard is it to make a taco according to the standard build? Really sad that you forgot to add tomatoes and maybe more cheese... and definitely more beef cause the beef was mostly all on one side. My other taco was at the bottom of the bag falling out ofthe wrapper so that was ruined since the contents of the wrapper were spewed across the bottom. Now the service was also verypoor. The lady in the drive thru never gave me a straw and she wouldn't open the window long enough for me to even say hello.When she handed me my order she aggressively said HERE and slammed the window shut. Worst experience I've never had at thisestablishment and the drive thru wait was 25 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. I'll never EVER go back!!! Read more
