Purchased two chicken burgers from this location and halfway through the sandwich noticed the taste and texture was off. The... burgers were raw. Very unsafe to be served this. When filing a complaint with the the restaraunt directly, Omar the managerreached out, asked for details, and then never got back to me even after I followed up multiple times. They didn't even issue mea refund. Will never go here again. Read more
I had a notion that Mc Donald?s has the worst coffee , but I realized only today that the top spot goes to A & W. Worst ever... coffee I have tasted and it is almost like water. Not sure about their other food products but I?d not recommend their coffee toanyone especially for coffee lovers. Customer service is good. Read more

Franchisees have the same prices but they charge me extra $1.20 for 7-grain bun. When I asked the manager Joanne she said we... charge extra at this branch. I don?t understand the reason why. I have never paid extra for substituting a 7-grain bun insteadof regular. Moreover, customer service is too bad. They overcharge and throw the receipt in the garbage without asking. I haveto wait for 10 minutes to get the receipt. I am never visiting this branch again and same I will suggest to others. Read more
You?ll find this A&W outlet on the lower level of the Scarborough Town Centre Food Court. I like the menu options although the... prices are slightly higher than other fast food places. The A&W marketing message is very good...beef Raised Without the useof Hormones or Steroids, chickens Raised without the use of Antibiotics, eggs From Hens fed a vegetarian diet without AnimalBy-Products, etc. A Beyond Meat Sausage & Egger is the newest breakfast offering. It is simply delicious! Counter ordertaking service was quick. There?s also an Express Self Order station if the lineup is too long. Order fulfillment was alsoquick. We bought a few of the $3.50 Teen Burgers here. Solid option for the price- it has fresh veggies stacked on a juicy perfectly... done patty. Their paper straws are definitely also a welcome change, for the environmentally conscious. I'd recommend stayingfar away from their new self ordering kiosk though. Its dated interface and clunky navigation on a non capacitive touch screenwould've felt old a decade ago, but in 2019 it simply felt out of place. In the span it took us to place an order, a few othercustomers were already well on their way to getting theirs fulfilled. Or maybe we just suck with using it. Read more
Tried their Beyond Meat burger to see what the hype was about. It was tasty but pricey for what you get. I guess you pay more... for the branded non meat product? $15 for a regular size cheese burger reg onion rings and reg drink. Read more
Despite the fact that the food is quite good, the hygiene of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The day I went, the floor was... very dirty with leftover food, the fryer had food leftovers around it and there were some sick staff without masks. On the otherhand, the waiting time was higher than average since there was hardly anyone waiting. Read more
