We visited this location tonight and I must say, I have never in my life had service as patient and helpful as I did tonight. ... The staff were amazing and helpful to me and my kids, and I just LOVE the handwashing station. Thank you for everything! Read more
Picked up some late night food here. Service was pretty slow, took about 10 minutes from ordering to driving off (drive thru... order). Burger was great but the onion rings i felt were overly salty. Read more
Such a great company. I can really see their efforts to turn towards sustainability and healthier options. Majority of the tip... tier fast food restaurants aren't even CLOSE to considering the things that a&w have implemented. Now, everything isn't superhealthy lol, however they have great options. Sweet potato fries, multi grain buns, beyond meat burgers... They got OPTIONS.Customer service is great, friendly and always a clean pleasant open space. Always love coming here. Read more
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a double Teen burger and they served me a single teen burger by accident. I went to the... cashier and told them and the manager immediately apologized and got another one made for me while I got to keep the single teenburger. When my double teen burger came, he also gave me and my wife apple turnovers on top of that - WOW! The food itselfalready tastes great but the above and beyond service was incredible!
