If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was recently a patron due to a child’s birthday party after avoiding this franchise... for the last 10 or so years. When I first walked in the smell of the bathrooms were strong and pungent. It was an immediateturn off as you could tell the establishment wasn’t busy at all and had no reason to smell like it did. I ordered 2 drinksand they were decent though my second drink came in a cracked glass. Apps and pizzas were ordered for our tables and I had thepleasure of biting what seemed like the only slice with a piece of plastic in it. When alerted of the issue the waitress wasapologetic and quickly got the manager who offered, what we thought was, 50% off our drink order along with the table. Turnsout it was only 15%. Before leaving after an already terrible experience, I ventured into the washrooms out of necessity. TheSTENCH? Vile. The upkeep? Abysmal. I have been in better bathrooms along the TTC subway. This is absolutely a hazard and shouldbe reported. I will NEVER venture to Boston Pizza again. Read more
This was a last minute quick date night option when you just want something simple. They have a large patio section that is... great during the summer months. There is a fair bit of the noise from the 401 but the sound system covers it. The food wasgood, not amazing but good. The service was great and friendly. Read more
Fall 2021- I was so disappointed with my order today. I ordered the dill chicken sandwich via Uber eats . The quality of the... chicken was TERRIBLE, it was chewy, filmy, and inedible. I couldn’t even bite into it. It was undercooked and clearly stillraw. May 2022- decided to give this place a go again with a few friends. Food was mediocre as was the service. However, theshock was the washroom. The washrooms were absolutely putrid and disgusting, stomach churning. I’ll spare details but itlooked worse than 2 am at a downtown club. The washrooms are never in good condition here, but this was beyond unacceptable, andhad clearly been getting worse for several hours, yet no staff seemed to care. We did let the staff know, but upon leavingnothing had changed. It was at health hazard levels in that washroom. If the washroom is in that state for customers, it makesme wonder if anyone cares about the kitchen (where there are no customers)… Read more
I went to this location on May 27 for lunch. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The breast of chicken comes sliced. The cook... just didn't care to check if it was done. I received raw chicken. Noticed after the first bite as it was chewy. Look at theattached picture. Never returning. Read more
Initially, we were excited when we pulled up to the restaurant around 6pm on a Sunday to find it almost empty — after our... experience, made sense. We were a large group accommodated quite nicely at a long table. Drink orders were done + once ourentire group was there, appetizer and dinner items ordered. Waitress was attentive (at first). However, this is where it allwent downhill. We had 5 children with us in a group of 13. Many of them were served later than adults. Appetizers came out atthe same time as dinner items + no one checked on our dinners. Washrooms were disgusting + I did let the manager on dutyimmediately after leaving one (it couldn’t go unsaid). No plates or glasses were cleared. Kids dessert was served while theirempty dinner plates sat there. We waited a long time (had to ask) for the bills and waited endlessly for a takeoutcontainer. Food is mediocre at best + when this becomes the experience, the food becomes less and less appealing. A shamereally. But, too many other restaurants to choose from to ever have to visit again, thankfully. P.S. The Buffalo cauliflower isgross, please don’t order. Ever. Read more
I typically don't write reviews but after my experience this past Monday (Victoria Day) I felt compelled to share. I arrived... around lunchtime with my brother and father; the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious, but the highlight of my visitwas unquestionably our waitress. She was well-organized, attentive, courteous, and undeniably charming. I remember she mentionedthat she was new, which surprised me because she seemed such a natural. As a server myself, I appreciated the attention she paidto each of her tables, connecting with each one and ensuring that everyone was happy. This Boston pizza location certainlyknows how to hire on terrific employees. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend this location. Read more
Pasta Tuesday + March Kids Eat Free! …though pasta quality feels not as good as other BPs or even East Side Marios. …also... had to drop a star as our second visit on Thursday was nowhere near as smooth as our order was missed (understandable though),waited long time for everything, and having two of three server/manager walk around maskless reminds us that we probablyshouldn’t eat out right now, and probably never on weekends here due to busyness ???? My dinner 3 weeks ago was great, the staff was considerably friendly and kind! The food was just right and hot. Decent amount of... dessert and drink options too. Edit: I forgot to take pictures of the food we got from my group, but maybe next time I'll forsure member to take pictures! Read more
