This location is absolutely ridiculous. I?ve had countless bad experiences here from the chicken being pink to shrimp tasting... off and then today ordering a shrimp quesadilla and they give me ground beef. I thought whatever I?ll eat it, they put so muchstuff in it and didn?t properly toast it that it completely fell apart when i took it out. I put the remainder in the oven totry and get it toasty and bind it but it only further fell apart. I ended up throwing it out because of how ridiculously messyit was and I had a meeting to run to. I?m finally done with this location and if nothing is done then I won?t be going back toBurrito Boyz at all going forward. I would recommend steering clear of this location, there?s better spots out there who careabout quality food and customer service. Read more

Just the spot for a quick, filling and easy-on-the-pocket lunch. Had the vegetarian burrito bowls today. Fresh crunchy veggies... and flavourful beans and rice. Cheese and sour-cream add a much needed richness. Their XXX hot sauce is a personal favorite.Friendly staff! Read more
We did an Uber Eats pick up from this location. We were driving in from the city and wanted the food to be ready by the time we... got to Scarborough. Unfortunately we waited for 30+ mins as people walked in, ordered and got their food before us. I don?treally think it was anyone?s fault but we did finally decide to call them and the food had been ready for the longest time andwas just sitting there. The employees had forgotten to update the app. Slightly disappointed as the Soy & Sweet Potato NakedBowl was cold by the time we were able to eat it but overall still a great option for vegans. UPDATE: We've gotten Burrito Boyzthrough Uber Eats multiple times after this incident and it's been amazing every time! Read more
I visited Burrito Boys for the first time, it?s worth having your food from here. Good portions, fresh ingredients and... Outstanding & Friendly Staff. I have tried several Burrito places, nobody makes food this good. I got my Burrito Bowl perfectwith enough sauce as I wanted. A lady who took my order was really good at explaining which made my first visit great and easy.Got food in just 5 mins. Loud music made it difficult to communicate, especially with the mask. Sorry guys.. Not upto the mark... Ordered Xtreme Fries with Chicken & Chicken Taco.. Fries were not fried properly, had a bitter... taste, no cheese & hot sauce as advertised n not flavorful overall. Chicken in both the items was bland and was just boiledwithout any seasoning.. Had to consume them with Mayo n Sriracha.. Taco was okay.. Overall : Not worth it ???? Read more
Unfortunately had a really bad experience tonight, which is sad since I've been a customer for 6 years.I ordered 2 burritos... which were both made incorrectly. I spoke to the staff and they remade the burritos for me. However, on their second attempt Inoticed my burrito did not have any guac, which I paid extra for. At that point the ordeal had taken over 30 minutes and I wasntabout to go exchange burritos for a third time. All in all, my boyfriend and I were disappointed. The burritos we ended up withwere small, guacless, and had barely any salsa. Not the usual quality we've come to expect . We won't be back for awhile. Read more
