Suchhhh a great drink place, I love coming to sit here with my friends when it?s not too busy!! The staff is great, it?s a very... clean and pretty shop. It?s also very fast service even on busy days I?ve noticed they don?t usually take long to make drinks,definitely one of Chaatime?s better locations! Also fun fact, I learned that they have a time stamp/date of when their boba wascooked written and it?s usually good for like 5 days, if you?ve had less fresh tapioca that?s probably the reason why, but Ifeel like this store is busy enough that you don?t need to worry about that. Worst location ever. They ask you what topping to add, but they don?t ask you cold or hot, and when you ask them why it is cold... and labeled normal ice( the whole cup is filled with half ice), they would say oh the default is ice, why didn?t you ask? R ukidding me? What a joke! If you ask can I get changed to hot? They just ask you to buy another one, lmfao. Read more

Sadly my husband?s bubble tea was not sealed properly and resulted in a major spill in our car. Not to mention he had to clean... the car + didn?t get to enjoy his birthday drink =( Read more
Edit: changed from a five to four star. I went recently and the bubble tea is still the same and delicious but the portion size... is unbelievably small compared to before. It is very disappointing as the price keeps increasing but the size decreased. My alltime favourite bubble tea store for 5 years. They sell quality bubble tea at a very affordable price and you can tell that it isnot made from a powder. They have a lot of variety and I have not had something I haven?t liked. I will absolutely not go to this location again. They do not accept cash which is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason to... not accept cash as it is a legal tender and cannot be refused. Businesses should not be allowed to dictate and force certainpayment forms over others. I used to be a fan of chat time for years but will definitely be finding a new bubble tea restaurantmoving forward. Read more
usually high prices come with good service but thats not the case here. ive seen them top up drinks with water so that the cup... is full to the rim on multiple occasions. my main issue though is that if you get a topping, they'll fill half the cup with it.everytime i say less topping but they still put too much. if you're in person you can tell them to take it out until its right.but this time i was ordering online and figured the word "less" is subjective so i said please fill 1/5 of the cup with toppingbut they still went ahead and filled over a 1/3 of the cup with tapioca. for 8$ a drink, its unacceptable not to follow simplespecial instructions Read more
