Dear Jerry (Manager) The girls running this branch are completely incompetent. On December 13th 2018 at 6pm-6:15 and within that... 15 mins, I have received one of the most frustrating encounters with the girls working there. I go in expecting a normalexperience, one that I expect from Chatime. Unfortunetly, when I ordered two drinks and try to pay with my gift card. They toldme I have 8 bucks in my card and I said great, please apply it to the purchase then I will pay the remaining. And then theylook at me like I?m stupid. And then they try to figure out how to apply the gift card for 5 minutes. They call their managerand surprise surprise the manager dosent pick up. So then they turn to me and say sorry you can?t pay with your gift card. LASTTIME I CHECKED I MOST CERTAINLY CAN. I even instructed to her how she can run the system and gift card properly, please trainyour staff properly before leaving them alone. I then end up giving them a damn solution because they couldn?t come up with itthemselves, I had them seperatley Bill my drinks; one for my gift card purchase and one for my credit card as they couldn?t usethe gift card in one bill that would exceed the gift card amount. Anyways, they didn?t care to apologize or offer me anything tocompensate my time and frustration. Instead I see the other workers come in and out to make free drinks for their friends, thisis not right at all. Customers do not come to experience that. The drink came out fine in the end but this was too of adifficult experience. They ruined the whole concept of a gift card.
