We often go there for dine in and take out and have a few issues in the past regarding the food... quality and quantity, I was letting it go but it's just enough for me and my family this time. Last nite we were there for dinein, after placing an order for almost $73 the food and customer service we got was on it's very lowest level. They forgot toserve us the drinks was included in the order and served us only the water after we requested, the water in the jug we would noteven use in our washroom, water jug was so dirty that no one can drink water from it. When I reminded them about our drinks theywere so busy to the extent that I have to wait a few minutes to get them but myself. There so called Zinger burger price is$7.99 plus tax and quality of it was horrible. I paid almost $12 plus tax for my son's steak sandwich which was made by expiredbread which was breaking down eventually in small peaces and the meat inside wasn't even steak it was just filled with a fewpieces of meat with some cheese and some veg that's all. When we complaint about the food the all we got it our chicken burgersreplaced with same quality NOT even a zinger but just a small tiny kids chicken burger with very thin slice of normal chicken.NO steak sandwich was replaced. The lady who served us at the counter was polite with lots off apologies and blaming the personsworking inside the kitchen who are just new people and don't bother what they're cooking and serving to the people who arespending alot of money for just nothing. Poor quality Food and poor customer service. No recommendations for this place to goand spending precious time, expensive gas and hard earned money. Thank you. Reply to the owner: Hello. I ordered a burger and it was bland; I had to add hot sauce to make it taste like something, and the portion was small for the... price. The staff is extremely friendly and clean dine-in, but the portion sizes and prices, particularly for combo meals, shouldbe improved. Read more

As a long term customer I’m very disheartened , they put an old black dry piece of chicken neck in my chicken nuggets at the... bottom of my chicken nugget bag. As well as a couple weeks ago I got chicken nuggets & I bit into it and there was literallyplastic in the middle of my chicken nugget. I thought it was a mistake but today made it very obvious that it wasn’t. Evensome of the employees are rude & stingy with the serving amounts. I had to stop to get some lunch late one afternoon. I chose this place. To say that I regret this choice is an understatement. I... paid almost $15 for onion rings, a can of coke, and the worst chicken sandwich (called Zinger chicken sandwich) I've ever had.The onion rings were fine. Hard to mess that up. The chicken sandwich was less than half the size in terms of the chicken breastthan what you would get at Popeye's. The chicken was so thin that it felt like I was just eating the top, skin layer of a piecefried chicken. Sad looking stale bun on this sandwich. Toppings were lacking as well. Hardly any tomato and lettuce. No "zing"to be found. I left this place feeling underfed and ripped off. This place is more expensive than the chain I mentioned earlier,and the food is of far lower quality. Lesson learned I guess.... Service was good. Price was good. Food was okay. The flavors weren’t really noticeable. We had to use the bottled sauces to... add flavor. Only the fried chicken had some sort of flavor to it. The onion rings were good though. It wasn’t oily as withmost places. I think if they focus on making it more flavorful then this place can really be a great spot. Also the tables needto be cleaned more thoroughly. I give 5 stars because there was no terrible experience. Read more
