The taste is different every time, at times there are no fajita veggies and they always give you a small portion of guacamole... even if you?re paying for it additionally (if not veggie bowl) Last time I had the rice bowl, the hot sauce was extremely hotwhich wasn?t the case in my previous experiences here. I personally enjoy this chipotle. They are very good with portions, quality, and extremely kind staff. I've gone to this... location since it's opening and have never had any issues. I wanted to mention specifically the manager Fayzal is veryunderstanding and has good problem resolution skills. In addition, Shane who was the cashier at my last visit was very helpful.When she was unable to help us with the app - she made sure to get the manager so that the issue could be resolved. Anothertime, I had taken my bowl home and unfortunately the bowl leaked and when I went to pick it from my car the whole bowl fell tothe ground and opened up. I took a picture and on my next visit explained I was disappointed about the quality of the bowl - andthey offered a full bowl for free. The food is good and i like their flavor and options but the manager at this location isn't friendly. I requested the staff to... give me one order in just 2 different boxes (I wanted to get some items separately boxed for my picky eater). At the time ofpayment the manager jumped in said its not allowed and I need to re-order. They wasted my time while I had to manage an activetoddler. He was highly unempathetic and rude for no reason - it was a mistake by their staff, not me. At least you can behavenicely! Read more

Disappointed ??!!!! This was my first time trying Chipotle out with my kids ( Scarborough Town Centre) I told the worker too.... Today I ordered salad with chicken rice bowl. But they forgot to put salad after ask spicy hot sauce but didn't add. I waited in... line almost 20 minutes. Customer service is terrible. The way serving food worse. When I order chicken add little bit. I paidalmost $13 but quality is worse. I try this food because healthy and tasty. Today 3rd time order. Service food quality tasteeverything not the same like 1st time. I was disappointed upset angry. Main thing is food bowl didn't close properly half of thefood came out side. We had our lunch from chipotle, we ordered chicken and veg bowl. Both were rich with ingredients including tomato, peas rice,... lettuce, cheese, chicken and jalapeños. It really was worth for money.
